Paid Social Media Team Lead will?manage the in-house team to?execute great work in the smartest way possible.??We are looking for a person to provide thought leadership and collaboration to deliver?world-class?campaigns for our brands.??To succeed,?you will need to be a?self-starter?with management skills to lead a team to execute across Facebook/Instagram, Snapchat, Tik Tok and Pinterest. This individual must have a background in leading a team, strong knowledge of hands on execution via all social platforms, be a?creative solutions?advocate, willing and eager to try new tools and technology, passionate and knowledgeable about social media and data, have a deep project management toolkit and exercise excellent leadership through influence skills. ? MANAGEMENT:

Build, lead and manage the in-house paid social team; Develop ways of working for the in-house team and agency counterparts; develop team skills with training +

Develop and maintain strong governance for viewability, brand safety, reporting consistency and platform security across platforms + BUILDING

: Lead and encourage the LUSA paid social media community with weekly Petite Salon’s; Highlight successes and areas for growth + Working cross functionally with Divisional Social Media leads and Agencies to understand business needs and helping identify and solving process needs ? + Operationalize internal and external ways of working identifying ways to be more agile ?? + Be an expert and leader in Paid Social + Fully integrate into the?
