None Job Summary:

Support and execute digital and traditional marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. Core focus areas include website and social media management, graphic design, videography and editing, and internal and external social media communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Management & Optimization Assist with the redevelopment and on-going maintenance of the company website to ensure accuracy, consistency, and a user-friendly experience. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content is current and aligned with branding. Provide metrics on social media and website performance. Graphic Design and Visual Content Development and Management Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) Create graphics, layouts, and visual assets for marketing materials (brochures, digital ads, social media posts, presentations) using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint, or Canva. Monitor engagement and adjust strategies based on analytics and emerging trends. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaign concepts and materials. Design assets for promotions, events, product launches, or seasonal campaigns. Track campaign performance and refine creative elements based on results. Assist with photography, videography/editing for digital campaigns and company events. Internal/External Communications and Event Support Enhance and maintain the company’s Intranet (announcements, phone list, recognition program). Support the planning and execution of company events and community engagement initiatives. Attend events to assist with setup, registration, and coordination (Touch-A-Truck, employee and community events).

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Social Media or a related field. 3-5 years’ experience in marketing, with specific experience in web design, graphic design, and video editing. Proficiency with CMS platforms (WordPress) or other web design tools. Graphic design skills using Creative Cloud Suite, PowerPoint, Canva, or other design software. Videography experience and proficiency with video-editing software. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Lewiston, New York.
