Job Description:
Social Media Content Manager (Part-Time, 10 hours/week)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Content Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy in order to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience. This is a flexible position requiring approximately 10 hours of work per week at $20 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:
Develop, create, and curate high-quality and engaging content for our social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook & Instagram.•
Strategy Development:
Craft and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our brand goals and target audience, ensuring consistency in messaging and voice.•
Social Media Management:
Monitor social media channels to engage with our audience, respond to comments and messages, and build a community around our brand.

Trends and Best Practices:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging social media tools. Implement new tactics that can drive engagement and growth.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate social media campaigns with other marketing efforts and maintain brand consistency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a knack for storytelling and crafting engaging narratives.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.
g., Hootsuite ) is a plus.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
