Social Media Specialist Used Car Dealership Columbia, SC 29201 Job Summary We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create compelling content across various channels. Duties Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies that align with business goals. Create engaging content for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Utilize tools like Hootsuite for scheduling posts and monitoring social media performance. Conduct proofreading to ensure all content is free of errors and maintains brand voice. Manage relationships with followers and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. Analyze performance metrics to optimize future campaigns and enhance engagement. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and SEO. Assist in the planning and execution of social media marketing campaigns. Welcoming customers into the office and directing to the proper personnel. Answer incoming calls and direct to proper personnel. Small Ad hoc duties as needed Experience Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio showcasing content creation skills. Familiarity with Hootsuite or similar social media management platforms. Experience in video editing is a plus. Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail.
