Social Media Specialist / Customer Service Representaive 2.3 2.3 out of 5 stars Fayetteville, TN 37334 NDesigns is experiencing significant growth and expansion, and as a result, we are seeking a dedicatedSocial Media / Customer Service Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This role entails a commitment of up to 40 hours per week, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The core responsibilities of this position encompass: 1. Demonstrating proficiency in managing social media platforms. (Facebook and Instagram) 2. Replying to customers comments and emails ina timely manner. 3. Assisting customers with their orders. 4. Managing incoming phone inquiries and talking to customers that come into our lobby. 5. Extending a warm welcome to our valued customers. 6. Cultivating strong interpersonal skills to foster genuine connections with customers. 7. Delivering exceptional customer service with a focus on satisfaction. 8. Demonstrating fundamental computer navigation abilities and excellent communication skills. 9. Maintaining a positive attitude, exhibiting a robust work ethic, and thriving in a dynamic work environment. 10.
