Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our online platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze data to inform decision-making. This position is a grant funded position for six months. Duties Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals. Create engaging content tailored for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities through social listening. Conduct SEO research to optimize content visibility and engagement. Manage advertising campaigns across social media platforms to increase brand awareness and drive conversions. Utilize tools such as Hootsuite for scheduling posts and managing multiple accounts efficiently. Collaborate with the e-commerce team to promote products and drive sales through social media channels. Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns. Foster relationships with followers and influencers to build a strong online community. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media management. Experience Proven experience in social media management or a related field. Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for content creation (Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar program. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and their integration with social media strategies. Excellent research skills to identify trends and insights that can inform strategy. Experience in relationship management to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
