Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven TikTok Contractor to lead the charge in driving content engagement and boosting sales through strategic management of the Passionate Penny Pincher TikTok Shop, ads, affiliates, content creators, and live streaming efforts. This role requires an individual with a deep understanding of TikTok’s ecosystem, who can effectively coordinate and execute growth strategies that enhance brand visibility and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:

Content & Sales Growth Strategy:
Develop and implement TikTok content strategies that drive engagement and increase sales. Analyze trends to create data-driven, high-performing content. Optimize product positioning in content to boost conversions. 2.
TikTok Shop Management:
Oversee the TikTok Shop day-to-day, inventory, and promotions. Ensure products are showcased effectively through short-form content and live shopping events. Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with consumer demand. 3.
Ad Campaigns:
Plan and execute TikTok ad strategies to maximize ROI. Monitor ad performance and adjust campaigns based on analytics. Identify new ad opportunities that align with business goals. 4.
Affiliate & Creator Partnerships:
Recruit and manage affiliate content creators to drive brand visibility. Establish strong relationships with influencers to amplify content and sales. Track performance and optimize affiliate programs based on results. 5.
Live Streaming & Engagement:
Work with our partner to host or coordinate live shopping events that drive direct sales. Develop engaging live session formats that enhance audience interaction. Utilize TikTok’s tools and features to maximize conversions during live sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in TikTok marketing, content creation, or e-commerce management. Strong knowledge of TikTok Shop, ads, and affiliate programs. Ability to analyze performance metrics and pivot strategies accordingly. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Creative mindset with a strong understanding of TikTok trends and user behavior.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience managing influencer or affiliate partnerships. Experience running successful TikTok ad campaigns. Strong project management and organizational skills.
