Full Job Description Director of Agent Contracting & Activation About Future First Advisors:

We’re soon to be one of the fastest-growing Medicare agencies in the country. Our mission is to help everyday Americans secure a better future—while building a world-class, leadership-driven sales force. We onboard hundreds of new agents monthly and are scaling fast.

The Mission:

You will be the execution engine behind our agent onboarding pipeline—from “licensed” to “ready-to-sell.” Your job is to make sure no agent gets stuck. You will monitor, manage, and optimize the entire contracting and activation process —ensuring agents get fully contracted with carriers as quickly and smoothly as possible. This isn’t a passive admin role. You are the bridge between chaos and clean execution.

What You’ll Own:

Oversee the entire contracting process for new agents (AHIP, E&O, carriers, state appointments) Manage communications with carriers and uplines to push contracts through quickly Track and report pipeline status : who’s licensed, who’s stuck, who’s producing Hold agents accountable to onboarding deadlines and remove bottlenecks Ensure our agency is properly appointed in every required state Build and maintain a real-time dashboard of onboarding health and throughput Work with training/ops to improve time-to-contract

KPIs Ideal Candidate:

2+ years in insurance operations , agent licensing , or contracting Comfortable managing 100+ agents in motion Highly organized with project management skills Tech-savvy (CRM, spreadsheets, Slack, Trainual, etc.) Excellent communicator—both with agents and leadership Problem-solver who thrives under pressure and deadlines Bonus if

You Have:

Experience working with FMOs, IMOs, or Medicare carriers Knowledge of CMS compliance and AHIP certification Experience using Trainual, Airtable, or other onboarding systems
