THE ROLE
You’ll be responsible for curating a diverse, high-impact calendar of shows—from college DJs and local rock bands to touring national headliners. This is a hybrid role with flexible scheduling, but you’ll be expected to be hands-on and involved. We’re looking for someone with industry contacts, hustle, and the ability to fill the room consistently.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Book talent across all genres (bands, DJs, artists) for both local and touring acts Build and maintain relationships with agents, managers, and promoters Negotiate artist fees and handle deal memos/contracts (in collaboration with ownership) Manage show budgets, calendars, and settlement Coordinate event logistics with production, bar, and marketing teams Track booking data, ticket sales, and artist performance metrics Represent Jimmy’s publicly and professionally within the live music industry
REQUIREMENTS
Proven track record of successful booking and event coordination Strong relationships with booking agencies and industry professionals Experience managing budgets and negotiating artist deals Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-focused Comfortable working across all genres and crowd types Familiarity with live event software (Prism, Master Tour, Eventbrite, etc.) is a plus
