The selected candidate will provide program management support (PMO) to an Army Program Office responsible for the management of Foreign Military Sales programs.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Directly responsible for providing International Program Support to the program manager. + Responds to Letters of Request (LORs) to provide Requests for Information (RFI), P&A, and Letters of Acceptance (LOA) data. + Develops statements of work (SOW) and Contract Requirements Packages (CRPs). + Tracks program/project status and schedules; applies policies and procedures for financial planning. + Performs program management, technical, and business case analyses. + Analyzes program requirements, status, budget and schedules. + Schedule and coordinate meetings, agendas, boards. + Draft presentations in various formats to present results of analysis.

Required Qualifications:

+ A bachelor’s degree in business administration / management field, or certification as an administrative professional is desired. + Active Secret security clearance. + Candidates with at least 15 years of applicable FMS program management experience in a product office. + Knowledge of FMS systems to include DSAMS and GFEBS. + Experience drafting SOWs and CRPs + High understanding of MS Office product line to include familiarity with Microsoft Project. + Knowledge of US Army acquisition processes. + The successful candidate will be highly organized, flexible and must demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to meet suspenses. + Candidate must be able to work with minimum guidance in addressing actions, and then use their own knowledge, ingenuity, innovation and experience to complete the product. + Candidate must be able to travel periodically with trips that may be up to a week in length. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, people skills and enthusiasm are important, as well as the ability to handle a variety of tasks in a team environment.
