We are currently seeking experienced professionals to join our team as 11 Meter RIB Coxswain Instructors. If you have a background in Military RIB Coxswain operations, Riverine, Level II Coxswain, SWCC, or US Coast Guard Coxswain qualifications, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

 Deliver high-quality, comprehensive training on 11-Meter Willard RIB and

NSW 11M RIB

operations to include:  Coxswain skills, launch and recovery of craft, maneuvering in open water and confined spaces, underway alongside operations, high speed maneuvering and towing of downed craft in open water and restricted water environments.  Mentor and guide trainees, leveraging your experience in military training departments.  Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols during all training exercises.  Maintain a structured, professional classroom and training environment following military systems and protocols.  Instruct students on troubleshooting techniques for the 11-Meter Willard RIB.

Qualifications and Skills:

All Instructor Requirements:

 Must have 2 years of experience as an instructor delivering training in one of the following organizations:  U.S. Navy Special Warfare Combatant Crewman (SWCC);  USCG Deployable Specialized Forces (DSF):  Maritime Security Response Team (MSRT)  Maritime Safety & Security Team (MSST)  Port Security Unit (PSU)  USMC Small Craft Company;  U.S. Navy Coastal Riverine Forces (CRF) Detachment or Training and Evaluation Unit (TEU);  USCG Shore-Based Boat Unit or Maritime Patrol Forces that employ these types of craft:  Patrol Boats (WPB)  Coastal Patrol Boats (CPB)  U.S. Custom and Border Protection (CBP); Marine Interdiction  Boat Captain qualification for 11-Meter Willard RIB and/or

NSW 11M RIB.

 Boat Coxswain qualification for the 11-Meter Willard RIB (US Navy or Coast Guard).  Navy NEC 9502 or 805A instructor qualification.  Normal color vision (no color blindness).  Physical capability to meet rigorous requirements (e.g., prolonged standing, swimming, climbing Jacob ladders in gear).  Eligibility for security clearance; current SECRET clearance preferred.  Successful completion of a 5-panel DOT Drug Screen.  Experience with Launch Handling and Recovery System (LHRS) operations desired.  Valid state driver’s license.
