$124K – $184K a year 18 hours ago Qualifications Bachelor of Science Secret Clearance 11+ years Bachelor’s degree Senior level Communication skills Full Job Description DCS is seeking a qualified Military Analyst to join our team in support of the Maneuver Center of Excellence. This position is responsible for capability solutions associated with cold weather mobility capability and the annual RFI Program review and approval.
Essential Job Functions:
Supports the development, writing, staffing, and adjudication of JCIDS documentation to include Capabilities Based Assessment (CBAs), Initial Capabilities Document (ICDs), Cost Benefit Analysis (C-BAs), Analysis of Alternatives (AoA), DOTMLPF Change Recommendations (DCRs), Capability Development Document (CDDs), and Capabilities Production Document (CPDs). Supports the requirement process of the Army Requirements Oversight Council (AROC) and Joint Requirements Oversight Council (JROC) briefings and information requests for Infantry Brigade Combat Team (IBCT), Stryker Brigade Combat Team (SBCT), Armor Brigade Combat Team (ABCT), programs and future technologies applicable to the BCT formations. Assists with capability development, doctrine, training, and architecture development tasks including preparing draft tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), draft threat assessments, training plans, and Basis of Issue Plans (BOIPs). Prepares Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE) Industry Day presentation slides to share Soldier requirements with industry and provide an opportunity for industry to present potential solutions to Soldier requirements. Participates in the MCoE Maneuver Conference to acquire first-hand information from the field. Assists in preparing updates, briefings, memorandums, information papers and other administrative requirements.
Required Skills:
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. Must have an active Secret clearance. BS plus 12+ years of relevant experience. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to respond quickly to program requirements and brief senior leaders.
