Job overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced HVAC technicians for a military base project at Tyndall Air Force Base in Panama City, FL. This role involves commercial HVAC installation and service work on an active military installation. All candidates must meet base access requirements, including a background check and Real ID for the DBIDS badging process.
Work scope includes:
Installing and servicing HVAC systems in a secure, commercial environment
Working with ductwork, air devices, and system controls
Reading blueprints and mechanical layouts
Supporting mechanical and ventilation system installation
Adhering to safety and security protocols required for military base work

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC experience
Skilled in ductwork installation and general HVAC servicing
Must have own tools and full PPE
Must pass a background check (no felonies in the past 10 years)
Must have a Real ID and qualify for a DBIDS badge
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
