This Opportunity WSP is initiating a search for a dynamic leader to serve as an
- _Army/USACE Environmental Program Lead._
- This is a growth-focused role that is part of the E&E Sector Program. The
- _Army/USACE Environmental Program Lead_
- is a high-visibility role that encompasses strategy, business development, account management, oversight of project delivery, and client satisfaction.
The position will report to the E&E Federal Environmental Market Sector Lead and will work with operations and delivery leaders across all sectors, as well as with regional and national leadership, to position WSP as the preferred and trusted choice for clients and employees. Your Impact + Provide leadership and drive sustainable growth of the WSP Army/USACE Environmental portfolio. + Represent WSP to the client with a positive, relationship-oriented, solutions-delivery approach by leveraging the depth and breadth of our environmental capabilities. + Expand the relationship base with key USACE districts and Army decision-makers. + Identify and drive strategic opportunities for sales and revenue growth. + Lead or assist in leading pursuits of new contracts, to include development of capture plans. + Lead or assist in the preparation of major proposals and/or task order bids. + Foster relationships with partners, small businesses, and internal stakeholders to unlock collaborative opportunities. + Maximize sales on existing USACE/Army contracts while working with WSP Account Leads and Program Managers. + Interact with other federal accounts/programs as part of a cross-functional team (i.e., FEMA, other DoD agencies, EPA). + Attend key conferences and client events to network and promote WSP brand. + Function as a liaison between USACE/Army and internal teams during execution to ensure client requirements are met and strong CPARS rating are attained. + Serve as Program Manager on select contracts. Who You Are
- Required Qualifications
- + 12+ years of experience working directly with the U.
S. Army and other federal agencies with a strong understanding of US contracting and industry business drivers. + Bachelor’s degree in a business management, engineering, or a closely related field to the role + Experience leading strategy and demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams and a variety of stakeholders, and in developing and executing strategies to deliver business results. + Exceptional knowledge and experience of servicing client needs and effective program planning and execution. + Strong leader, able to inspire, motivate and build teams, and communicate effectively
- Preferred Qualification
- + Direct USACE experience. + Professional Management Professional (PMP) or other professional registration (PE or PG) #LI-AS1

- Expected Salary (all locations): $110,000-$210,000 WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
