You will support providing Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) and limited non-A&AS support and expertise to assist the Standoff Munitions Application Center (SMAC) component of Joint-Global Strike Operations Center (J-GSOC) forces at Barksdale AFB, LA, along with other areas/locations CONUS and OCONUS, including deployed locations. In this role, you will:
Provide support for developing, coordinating and teaching plans for kinetic and non-kinetic support to standoff weapons strikes including the evaluation and prioritization of adversary defensive capabilities
Assist with developing organizational relationships and ensuring interconnectivity and interoperability between SMAC processes and DoD and national agencies and units specializing in all aspects of Suppression of Enemy Air Defenses (SEAD)/Non-kinetic Effects (NKE)/Electronic Magnetic Spectrum (EMS)/Offensive Cyber Operations (OCO) planning
Assist with planning for kinetic and non-kinetic employment of standoff capabilities including the production of weapon/decoy routes for Government approval
Assist with developing organizational relationships and ensuring interconnectivity and interoperability between SMAC processes and DoD agencies and units specializing in all aspects of Offensive and Defensive Cyber
Provide on-site Offensive Cyber LNO support during operational and emergent planning
Advise and assist the government personnel with deliberate and dynamic targeting development, planning, and execution
Provide on-site NKE SME support during operational and emergent planning
Other duties as assigned
What experience, training, and education do I need?

You mustmeet the minimum requirements:

5 yrs non-kinetic experience OR BS with related coursework
Experience providing effective communication with senior analysts and management to implement recommendations
Experience using qualitative and quantitative methods for DoD electronic warfare and non-kinetic operations assessment and improvement
Electronic warfare operations, testing, training principles, tactics, and techniques experience
Experience with operational application of CAF principles, directives, analytical methods, and techniques
Experience planning, organizing, teaching non-kinetic operations mission planning and employment practices, with effective communication on complex issues
Experience coordinating with Command entities for joint operations planning and execution
Experience with joint EW platform/capability performance factors or planning, organizing, teaching cyberspace mission planning and employment practices, with effective communication on complex issues
ActiveTop Secret/SCIclearance
The following experience is preferred :
Graduate of US Navy Electronic Attack Weapons School, USAF Weapons School, or equivalent
