Job Description SUMMARY Responsible for the day-to-day operation of assigned projects in accordance with contract and corporate requirements supporting the Joint Readiness Training Center (JRTC).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Work is performed in a high OPTEMPO environment receiving, collecting, and analyzing data via radio communications, pertaining to U.S. Army aviation operations. Effectively input data and reports into assigned computer systems in a timely manner, ensuring that all data points are addressed and accurate. Receive and collect data and format same using MS PowerPoint and other multi-media applications to facilitate a learning objective. Communicate effectively over assigned radio using proper military communication procedures. Articulate military style writing when transcribing radio communications into written reports. Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Performs other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Five (5) years Active Duty or Reserve experience commensurate with the position or 1 (1) year Operations Branch experience at the Joint Readiness Training Center.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
Must be able to access Ft Johnson and other military facilities. (The base may require a Real ID. The Real ID Act of 2005 is an Act of Congress that modifies U.S. federal law pertaining to security, authentication, and issuance procedure standards for drivers’ licenses and identity documents, as well as various immigration issues pertaining to terrorism. The federal Real ID Act places new rules on which forms of identification may be used to board flights within the United States (U.S.) and enter secure federal facilities, such as military bases, federal courthouses, and other federal facilities.)
Must obtain and maintain any necessary security access and/or background checks.
High School Diploma or
GED. DESIRED QIALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Active duty or Reserve experience in U.S. Army Aviation Military Occupational Specialty (MOS).
Graduation from Officer Basic, Advance Course, Advance NCO Course, or Battle Staff Course or equivalent experience.
Associate Degree or equivalent experience.
Ability to work and communicate effectively with employees and management team.
Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
Ability to coordinate several activities at once, quickly analyzes and resolves specific problems, and copes with deadlines effectively.
Proficient in MS Office programs and functional computer skills.
Adapt to changes in the work environment and manage competing demands while maintaining a professional demeanor.
This position will be subject to random drug screening.
WORK SCHEDULE
Full-time. Ability to work shift work with extended hours, up to 12 hours per shift. May be required to work additional hours as needed to complete assignment or project.
DRIVING REQUIREMENTS
None TRAVEL Must be able to travel unaccompanied to continental US and foreign locations.
Travel, up to 10% of the time, may be required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Position consists of sitting for long periods of time. Frequently uses hands/fingers for manipulation of keyboard and mouse. Must be able to see up close and distinguish colors and patterns.
