Ensures facilities remain clean and the staff promotes a friendly atmosphere while assisting patrons with questions and equipment needs. Provides superb customer service to military patrons Responsibilities Ensure fitness center rules, regulations and safety practices are properly enforced Ensure security and accountability of equipment and property Ensure cleanliness/serviceability of equipment Maintain accurate event/facility attendance records for programs Handle telephone inquiries, greet visitors, and provide information as needed Assist with special events within the department Performs other related duties as required
