Job Description

Strategic Planner/Policy and Process Developer 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars Fort Bragg, NC ManTech seeks a Strategic Planner/Policy & Process Developer to join our team supporting our growing Defense Sector and Special Operations programs at Ft. Bragg, NC. This is a temporary full-time position which is funded until August 14, 2025 Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Support the development and establishment of the new Army Tactical SIGINT and Electronic Warfare (SIGINT EW) Course (ATSEC). Pathfind and develop the next iteration of the SOT-A, creating a combined SI/EW operator capability appropriate for the modern battlefield and ultimately supporting our Combat Support Units (CSUs). Develop mission planning modules, providing recommendations on integrating these capabilities into CSUs, and creating process checklists and playbooks for Specialized CONOP submissions and other proponent-level tasks.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and at least seven or more years of experience within the special operations or interagency communities with specific responsibilities within SI/EW. Requires experience with macro development for mission planning, analyzing SI/EW integration into CSUs, developing policy recommendations, and creating process documentation.

Clearance Requirements:

Must have a current/active TS/SCI security clearance.

Physical Requirements:

The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
