Physician Assistant License PHTLS Full Job Description Key Responsibilities:

Assist in classroom instruction, trauma lanes, and skill validations. Provide one-on-one coaching and guidance during hands-on sessions. Ensure medical accuracy in demonstration and simulation facilitation. Assist with setup, tear-down, and logistical coordination of training stations.

Minimum Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Emergency Medical Technology, Nursing, or related discipline. Military medical training such as 68W (Combat Medic), 18D (Special Forces Medic) or Navy Corpsman accepted. Certifications (Required): Valid State or National Registry EMT/Paramedic , LPN, RN, or PA license. BLS and ACLS Certification (must be current) TCCC or TECC Provider-Level Certificate (within 3 years) Instructor credentials (BLS, PHTLS, CPR, etc.) are a plus.

Experience & Skills:

3-5 years of recent experience in prehospital emergency trauma care. Prior experience in conducting tactical medical or field combat training. Familiarity with NAEMT and CoTCCC guidelines. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Military background or experience working with armed forces preferred.
