Training Coordinator – Combat Skills Course This is a full-time, exempt position, contingent upon contract award tical is looking for a dedicated Training Coordinator to manage the scheduling, coordination, and logistical planning for all activities under our Combat Skills Course contract. This role is essential for organizing training assets, instructors, and student management to meet contractual obligations and Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) standards.

Secret Responsibilities +
Scheduling & Coordination:
Plan, schedule, and deconflict training activities, aligning with the Course Master Schedule (CMS). Coordinate the use of facilities, ranges (including rotary aircraft for HRST/CAST, demolition, and small arms), and instructor assignments to meet Combat Skills Course objectives. +
Instructor Qualification Management:
Track and manage instructor qualification records, ensuring all contracted instructors meet documentation requirements set by NETC, Center for Explosive Ordnance Disposal and Diving (CEODD), and Naval School Explosive Ordnance Disposal (NSEOD). Work with the Project Manager (PM) to monitor certifications and high-risk training compliance. +
Compliance & Safety Oversight:
Ensure all training evolutions comply with safety regulations and are properly documented. Work closely with the High-Risk Training Safety Officer (HRTSO) to mitigate risks and adhere to NETC high-risk training safety standards. +
Logistical Support & Resource Management:
Coordinate with the Logistician to ensure all required training materials, ammunition, and supplies are available and properly allocated. Track and manage student attendance, evaluations, and training records. DesiredSkills + Strong organizational and scheduling skills for managing training resources. + Experience in training coordination within a military or high-risk training environment. + Knowledge of Naval training programs, range operations, and instructor qualification tracking. + Ability to multitask and manage complex training schedules with multiple resources. + Proficiency in database management for tracking instructor credentials and student progress. + Experience working in Special Operations Forces (SOF), Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD), or Law Enforcement Tactical Training. + Familiarity with DoD high-risk training certification requirements. + Strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders. + Prior experience managing logistics, scheduling, and administrative functions in a military training setting.
Qualifications & Certifications:
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in training coordination, scheduling, or military training management. + Strong knowledge of NETC, CEODD, and NSEOD training requirements. + Four (4) years’ experience in High-Risk Training Safety (HRTS). + Certification in Instructor Qualification, Certification, and Sustainment Program (NETCINST 1500.5D). + Prior completion of a Military Service Instructor Training Course or equivalent academic certification.
