Cow Mascot Chick-fil-A – 3.8 Birmingham, AL Job Details Part-time | Full-time $10 – $17 an hour 2 days ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Dancing Entry level Full Job Description As the Cow Mascot, you will be the face (and hooves!) of Chick-fil-A’s iconic “Eat Mor Chikin” campaign. Your mission is to create memorable experiences as the Cow Celebrity for guests of all ages by engaging in fun, friendly, and enthusiastic interactions—both inside the restaurant and at community events. This role plays a vital part in brand awareness, guest engagement, and local marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Wear and perform in the official Chick-fil-A Cow costume during in-store appearances, special events, parades, and community functions. Interact positively with guests of all ages through high-energy, family-friendly gestures and body language (no verbal communication in costume). Promote a welcoming environment by assisting with photos, handing out promotional materials, and supporting giveaways. Collaborate with Marketing and Leadership teams to execute in-store events and off-site appearances. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and care of the mascot costume. Stay in character at all times during appearances to protect brand consistency. Follow all brand guidelines and standards for conduct and guest interaction.
Qualifications:
Outgoing, friendly personality with a love for entertaining and engaging people. Comfortable wearing a full-body costume for extended periods (typically 30-45 minutes at a time with breaks). Physically able to walk, dance, wave, and pose in costume. Must be punctual, dependable, and able to follow directions closely. Able to work flexible hours including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Previous experience in performance, theater, dance, or customer service is a plus.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
Standing, walking, and movement in warm environments while in costume. Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. Costume may limit visibility, so spatial awareness is critical.
