As a Character Performer, you will bring beloved characters to life through engaging performances and interactions with guests, particularly children. This role requires a passion for storytelling, creativity, and the ability to create memorable experiences that educate and entertain. Responsibilities Portray assigned characters with authenticity and energy, ensuring a captivating experience for guests. Engage with children and families through interactive performances, storytelling, and character meet-and-greets. Educate audiences about the character’s background and story in an entertaining manner. Maintain high energy levels during performances while adhering to safety guidelines. Collaborate with fellow performers and production staff to create seamless shows and events. Participate in rehearsals to refine performance skills, choreography, and character development. Communicate effectively with guests, ensuring a positive experience for all attendees. Assist in costume maintenance and preparation before performances. Qualifications Previous experience in theater or performing arts is preferred. Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
