Kids Character Performer True Character Party Hollywood, FL Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and talented Character Performers to join our dynamic team. As a Character Performer, you will bring beloved characters to life through engaging performances that entertain and educate children and families. This role requires a passion for storytelling, creativity, and the ability to connect with audiences of all ages. Responsibilities Portray assigned characters in a lively and engaging manner during live performances and events. Interact with children and families, creating memorable experiences through character engagement. Participate in rehearsals to learn choreography, dialogue, and character traits. Educate audiences about the character’s background and story in an entertaining way. Maintain the integrity of the character while ensuring safety and comfort during performances. Collaborate with other performers and staff to enhance the overall experience for guests. Assist in costume maintenance and ensure all performance attire is kept in good condition. Skills Experience in theater or performing arts is highly desirable. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children and families. Background in dance is a plus, enhancing performance quality through movement. Public speaking abilities to confidently present information about the character. A genuine love for working with children, fostering a positive environment during interactions. Ability to educate audiences while entertaining them, making learning fun and engaging.
