Mickey Mouse) True Character Party Coral Springs, FL Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and talented Character Performers to bring our beloved characters to life! As a Character Performer, you will engage with audiences, educate them about the characters, and create memorable experiences for children and families. This role requires a dynamic personality, strong communication skills, and the ability to perform in various settings, including live events and interactive performances. Responsibilities Portray assigned characters with authenticity and energy, ensuring a captivating experience for all guests. Educate audiences about the character’s background, story, and values through engaging storytelling and interaction. Communicate effectively with children and families, fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Participate in rehearsals to refine performance skills and choreography. Collaborate with team members to create seamless performances and events. Assist in maintaining costumes and props to ensure they are clean and in good condition. Engage in public speaking activities during events to enhance audience interaction. Dance as required during performances to enhance character portrayal. Qualifications Previous experience in theater or performing arts is preferred. Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Experience working with children is highly desirable; must be comfortable interacting with kids of various ages. Dance experience is a plus; ability to perform choreographed routines is beneficial. Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt performance style based on audience reactions.
