As a Character Performer, you will engage with audiences, educate them about the characters, and create memorable experiences for children and families. This role requires a dynamic personality, strong communication skills, and the ability to perform in various settings, including live events and interactive performances. Responsibilities Portray assigned characters with authenticity and energy, ensuring a captivating experience for all guests. Educate audiences about the character’s background, story, and values through engaging storytelling and interaction. Communicate effectively with children and families, fostering a welcoming atmosphere Collaborate with team members to create seamless performances and events. Dance as required during performances to enhance character portrayal. Qualifications Previous experience in theater or performing arts is preferred. Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Experience working with children is highly desirable; must be comfortable interacting with kids of various ages. Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt performance style based on audience reactions.
