Ropes Course Operator Shark Wake Park 1440 Eshleman Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33413 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Ropes Course Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within our brand-new ropes course attraction. This position requires a blend of customer service skills and the ability to manage various tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive atmosphere for guests and participants.

• 7pm Staff will only be required to participate in one training session Must have availability & flexible schedule: June 1st
• August 10th Duties Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving conflicts, and managing any issues that arise.

Utilize public speaking skills to effectively communicate with guests and participants while using the attraction. Maintain a welcoming environment by ensuring cleanliness and organization in all areas of operation. Maintain a safe environment for the ropes course attraction and ensure guest safety. Ability to help guests in need and perform rescues in required situations. Support the overall guest experience by providing general information Shark Wake Park. This is an outdoor position which requires standing. Primary position will be for the ropes course attraction. Cross training will be available based on needs. Skills Experience working with children is highly desirable. Experience in hospitality or customer service is highly desirable for creating positive guest interactions. Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively. Excellent public speaking abilities to confidently interact with customers and guests. A passion for guest services that contributes to an outstanding visitor experience.
