Role:

We’re looking for an energetic and reliable Live Stream Assistant to join our TikTok-focused live streaming team. This is a great fit for someone interested in social media, content creation, or evolving into a streamer or live content producer.

Responsibilities:

Support live stream sessions (3-4 hours each), helping boost engagement and maintain energy in-stream; Prepare equipment and props before going live (test cameras, lights, mic, product lineup); Assist with cleanup and workspace ; Participate in Live stream reviews, offering your insights and suggestions; [Optional] Occasionally appear on camera as part of scripted roles or vibe support.

Who We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and people skills; fun personality is a big plus; Interest in TikTok, livestreaming, or digital content creation (no experience needed – we train!); Flexible schedule – you’re available for one or more daily shifts (AM / PM / evening); Comfortable with in-person collaboration and being part of a fast-moving creative team; Willing to grow into hosting, content, or operations roles over time.

Compensation:

Base:

$18/hour; Additional commission for contributions to high-performing streams; Internal training provided with opportunities to grow into content or operations roles.
