Summary:
The Standardized Patient (SP) role portrays case history and physical findings of real patients in a simulated setting and is responsible for providing critical feedback to learners upon the conclusion of each encounter. SP’s may be cast for physical exams or ultrasound trainings that require some state of undress and/or physical contact by learners, consistent with the medical case being simulated.

Demonstrated high level verbal communication skills. Knowledge of basic medical terminology. Ability to adhere to scripts and timelines. Proficient in basic computer skills
