Role Player- Polygraph Interview Subject 3.2 3.2 out of 5 stars Columbia, SC 29207 Valbin Corporation is seeking detail-oriented and dependable individuals to serve as role players and polygraph interview subjects for a potential contract at the National Center for Credibility Assessment (NCCA) in Fort Jackson, SC. In this role, you will contribute to the federal government’s polygraph training mission by participating in mock scenarios and undergoing polygraph exams. This is a unique and rewarding opportunity to earn money while supporting Fort Jackson’s vital polygraph training efforts. The National Center for Credibility Assessment (NCCA) is the sole provider of polygraph certifications for personnel across the United States, playing a critical role in national security. As a role player, you will contribute directly to this important mission while gaining firsthand insight into an essential training process. Key Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in mock scenarios, including situations involving mock criminal activity, falsifying documents, or mishandling simulated classified information.
- Take part in polygraph exams based on the assigned scenarios, as instructed by NCCA staff.
- Follow detailed daily instructions to accurately portray scenarios and respond to questions truthfully or not truthfully as directed.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality throughout all training exercises.
- Sign informed consent forms prior to participation in each scenario.
- Adhere to all security and safety guidelines set by the NCCA and Fort Jackson.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM (including a one-hour lunch break).
- Participation required for two polygraph exams per day.
- Availability for week long training iterations up to three times a year.
Position Requirements:
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Minimum age:
18 years. Valid state or federal ID. Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking). Must be able to pass a background check. Medical Requirements (self-certifiable): Able to sit for extended periods. No use of illegal narcotics.
Other Requirements:
Ability to pass Fort Jackson base access requirements, including a background check through the National Crime Information Center Interstate Identification Index (NCIC III). Willingness to comply with all on-site security policies, including restrictions on prohibited items such as weapons, explosives, and recording devices.
