Event Business Mascot Forge Advertising Knoxville, TN 37915 Overview We are seeking two enthusiastic and energetic individuals to represent our Client Fox and Farmer. Your mission is to create memorable experiences as either the Fox or Farmer Celebrities for people of all ages by engaging in fun, friendly, and enthusiastic interactions—inside the Knoxville Smokies Baseball Park, Community Events as well as Parades and Christmas Light Shows. This role plays a vital part in brand awareness, guest engagement, and local marketing efforts. This role is perfect for someone who loves engaging with people, especially children, and is passionate about creating memorable experiences at events. As a Mascot, you will embody our brand’s character, entertain audiences, and promote a positive atmosphere at various functions. Duties Perform as the mascot character assigned at events, parades, and community gatherings. Interact with children and families in a friendly, high-energy and engaging manner. Participate in promotional activities to educate the public about our client’s brand. Communicate effectively with event coordinators to ensure smooth operations. Utilize dance skills to enhance performances and entertain audiences. Maintain the mascot costume and ensure it is clean and in good condition. Promote a welcoming environment by assisting with photos, handing out promotional materials, and supporting giveaways. Collaborate with Marketing and Leadership teams to execute in-store events and off-site appearances. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and care of the mascot costume. Stay in character at all times during appearances to protect brand consistency. Follow all brand guidelines and standards for conduct and guest interaction. Skills Strong public speaking abilities to engage audiences effectively. Experience working with children to create a fun and safe environment. Proficiency in dance or performance arts to bring the mascot character to life. Background in theater or performing arts is a plus for enhancing performance quality. Excellent communication skills to convey messages clearly while in costume. Ability to educate the audience about our brand in an entertaining way. Standing, walking, and movement in warm environments while in costume. Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. Costume may limit visibility, so spatial awareness is critical.
