We are a well-established dance company offering after-school enrichment programs at multiple locations throughout Broward and Palm Beach Counties. Our mission is to inspire and educate young dancers through quality instruction and engaging performances.
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a full-time Assistant to the Owner. This dynamic position requires a highly organized, motivated individual with a background in dance, cheer, or theater. The ideal candidate will be flexible, resourceful, and capable of managing a variety of administrative and logistical responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support to the company owner Assist in managing multiple enrichment program locations Coordinate with teaching staff and ensure their accountability Handle scheduling and general communications Manage recital preparation including measuring students for costumes and placing online costume orders Run errands and complete general office tasks Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, teachers, and school administrators
Qualifications:
Prior experience in dance, cheerleading, or theater is required Experience planning and executing dance recitals is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Must have reliable transportation and be available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional weekend hours Ability to travel between multiple program locations (mileage reimbursement provided)
Hours:
20-30+ hours per week to start, with potential for growth
