Character Assistant True Character Party Coral Springs, FL Job Overview:
We’re looking for energetic, responsible, and outgoing Character Assistants to support our performers during children’s parties and events. As a Character Assistant, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero—helping characters stay safe, engaging with kids, leading games and dances, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Accompany character performers to parties and events Assist the character with costumes, movement, and safety during performances Lead age-appropriate games, dances, and activities with children Help manage party flow, timing, and transitions Communicate with parents and clients in a friendly, professional manner Maintain a fun, energetic, and positive atmosphere Assist with setup and cleanup as needed
Qualifications:
Must love working with children and families Energetic, upbeat, and confident leading group activities Punctual, reliable, and organized Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Must have access to reliable transportation Previous experience in childcare, theater, dance, or education a plus Background checks required for safety
