The Opportunity:

Part-Time Assistant Manager We are seeking a passionate and organized Assistant Manager with a strong background in dance to support the day-to-day operations of our growing franchise. In this part-time role, you’ll manage instructors, coordinate class logistics, ensure program quality, and help foster relationships with local schools and partners. Dance experience is required. Whether you’ve taught, performed, or trained in dance, this background is essential for success. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are also required. This position involves regular travel between West Palm Beach and Port St. Lucie.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive throughout the region (West Palm Beach to Port St. Lucie) to visit class locations and partner schools – driving is a core part of this role Recruit, hire, and train dance instructors who reflect Tippi Toes’ values and quality standards Coordinate class schedules and instructor coverage to ensure smooth operations Observe classes, provide constructive feedback, and support team development Promote enrollment and ensure each class maintains a minimum of 10 students Build and maintain relationships with school directors and childcare partners Regularly communicate with the Franchise Owner to share updates and insights Help plan and execute special events like camps, parties, and community performances Utilize computer systems and digital tools confidently for scheduling, communication, and tracking

You Are:

Experienced in dance – teaching, performing, or studio-based experience is required A natural leader and team motivator with excellent communication skills Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools (Google Workspace, scheduling apps, etc.) A safe, reliable driver with your own transportation and a clean driving record Professional, upbeat, and aligned with the Tippi Toes mission Experienced in leadership or management (1+ years preferred) Holds a bachelor’s degree in business, education, performing arts, or a related field (preferred)
