Dance Coach AIM USA Albemarle, NC 28001 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dance Coach to join our team. If you have a passion for cheerleading and enjoy working with students, this position is perfect for you. Responsibilities

• Teach dance techniques, routines, and choreography
• Develop and implement practice plans, communicate with parents and staff
• Choreograph routines and select music for performances and competitions
• Coordinate and oversee dance performances at events
• Ensure the safety of all team members during practices and performances
• Foster a positive and inclusive team environment Qualifications
• Prior experience in dance and coaching
• Strong understanding of dance techniques and safety standards
• Ability to inspire and motivate team members
