Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and efficient front desk manager to help run day-to-day operations at our dance studio. We are looking for someone who has worked in a dance studio setting before – either as a dancer, teacher, or administrator! Candidates need evening weekday availability. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Answering email and phone call inquiries Greeting students and parents as they come in and maintaining accurate attendance records Setting up, greeting, and following up with trial class students Transaction processing – tuition, merchandise, etc. Special projects as assigned (birthday party planning, costume ordering, recital planning, etc.) Maintaining a clean studio atmosphere Occasional weekend availability for special events.
