Lower Dauphin High School This is a paid supplemental position through Lower Dauphin ($1,312) Supplemental position is for the 2025-26 school year high school musical. Primarily responsible for creating unique and appropriate dance routines for each number in each show and teaching those routines to the cast.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting the director with choosing and casting the show. Rehearsing dance numbers at least twice a week in the first month Three times a week in the second month. Providing input to costumer and lighting designer when it comes to dance numbers. Assisting the director with dress rehearsals (ie. taking notes on the students’ performances). Assisting the director with Apollo Awards rehearsals if needed. In the case of specific dance needs such as Tap, the Choreographer could be called on to teach a basic Tap class in the fall, once a week.
