Position Overview:
As a Character Assistant , you’ll play a crucial role in assisting our lead characters during parties, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and that the kids have the best time possible. Your responsibilities will include running games, leading dances, organizing activities, and creating a fun, safe environment where kids can let loose and enjoy the magic. You’ll also assist in keeping the atmosphere high-energy and engaging, always making sure everyone has a blast!
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the
Lead Character :
Support our main characters during their performances, ensuring they stay on track with planned activities and help the kids stay engaged.
Run Interactive Games :
Lead games and activities that are designed to entertain and encourage participation. These may include scavenger hunts, relay races, freeze dance, trivia, and more!
Organize and Lead Dance Parties :
Help set the mood for our dance parties by playing age-appropriate music and guiding the kids through fun dance moves.
Maintain Energy and Engagement :
Encourage enthusiasm, keep the party lively, and make sure all children are included and having fun. Help with
Party Setup and Breakdown :
Assist in setting up party areas, arranging decorations, and breaking down the event once it’s over.
Provide Excellent Customer Service :
Be the friendly face that parents and kids can trust to keep the party running smoothly.
Safety First :
Ensure the safety of all children during activities, games, and interactions.
Qualifications:
Energetic and Enthusiastic Personality :
You should be fun, engaging, and excited to be part of creating magical memories for kids. Experience with
Children :
