Job Summary:

Collaborate with other music lovers to develop media concepts. Work both in front of the camera as well as behind the scenes. Create candid and spontaneous content revolving around the impact of music on people’s lives. Organize dance parties for authentic content creation and livestreaming. As our influence on social media grows, this role will be expanded to developing relationship with venue owners.

Business Strategy:

Our business strategy is to generate multiple income streams from digital media, including streaming, subscriptions, stock media licensing and product-based affiliate marketing. We will also stream live shows from venues as our reach expands.

Compensation:

Compensation is $30 per hour with a minimum pay of $100 per day. In addition to the hourly compensation, collaborators also participate is revenue sharing.

Experience:

If music and dance is in your soul, you love all types of music, and your body naturally moves to the beat, you have the experience you need.

Essential Skills:

Dance (not formal training, more of a groove/social vibe). Knowledge of music, including genres, artists and time periods. Good communicator. Timely. General knowledge of content creation platforms and tools.
