Worship Leader Position Available In Hernando, Florida

Worship Leader New Life Christian Church of Spring Hill is in search of a Christ-centered individual to join our growing church family as our Leader of Worship. The NLCC Worship Leader will be responsible for planning and leading the worship experience for our weekend services (Sunday morning) and special musical events. The right individual will possess strong musical leadership skills and have the ability and passion for engaging others in heartfelt praise and worship through music and prayer. The leader will partner with our volunteer music team members and be responsible for developing/recruiting musical talent from within the church body. The NLCC Worship Leader must be be proficient with Abelton live, multi-tracks, Resi, Pro-presenter and various Mac and Windows worship and presentation software.

Salary:

Up to $55k

Qualifications:

2+ years of Contemporary Worship Leader experience with a sincere desire to honor God and inspire His people through excellence in worship. Proven ability to lead a team and develop leaders (adults and youth). Ability to deliver the Gospel through various means as the opportunity arises. Clear & effective communication skills. Announcments, communion thoughts and other public speaking may be required. Positive attitude, of good character and modeling Christian conduct. Honorable work ethic, strong organizational & time-management skills. Competent with social media. Ability to manage all posts and promotions. Knowledge of Ableton, Multi-tracks, Planning Center, and ProPresenter systems required. New Life Christian Church is a Great Commission church that exists to glorify God by building relationships and making disciples.
