DESCRIPTION TITLE
: Part-time Music Director of Chancel, Bell, and Children’s Choirs
QUALIFICATION
: Background in church music. Proficiency in piano, a plus. Able to work with our keyboardist. Also able to substitute as the keyboardist in event of in their absence. Personality to work with volunteers of all ages to the Glory of God in Worship.
RESPONSIBILITIES
: To coordinate and direct the music program for the Chancel, Bell and Children’s Choirs. Cantatas are conducted twice a year (2nd Sunday of Advent and Palm Sunday) with all of these groups contributing musically. Available on Wednesdays from 4 to 8 p.m. and Sundays mornings from 8 a.m. to Noon. Additional hours to coordinate the function of the position.
SALARY:
Competitive and commensurate with ability, education, and job experience. $2,000 monthly.
