The ideal candidate will have a strong background in music education and performance, with the ability to mentor and guide individuals of varying skill levels. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging music programs that cater to diverse skill levels. Conduct rehearsals and performances, ensuring high-quality musical output. Mentor individual musicians, providing constructive feedback to enhance their skills. Collaborate with other staff members to integrate music into broader educational initiatives. Organize and lead workshops or masterclasses to educate participants on various musical techniques and styles. Maintain an organized schedule of rehearsals, performances, and events. Foster a supportive community among musicians, encouraging teamwork and collaboration. Skills Strong leadership abilities to guide and inspire musicians. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and staff. Experience in mentoring individuals in music performance or education.
