Position:
As our Choir Director, you will play a pivotal role in integrating music into the life and ministry of our church. Your leadership will help cultivate a spirit of worship that resonates with all members. This is a part-time, flexible, permanent, salaried position (8 hours/week).
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and Select Music :
Collaborate with the Pastor and Song Leader to choose choir music that aligns with sermon topics and seasonal themes.
Lead Rehearsals :
Arrange and lead all choir practices, ensuring effective preparation for services and special events. Direct the
Choir :
Lead and accompany the choir during all worship services and community performances.
Complete Additional Duties :
Assist with other tasks as needed to support our ministry.

Musical Expertise :
Proven skills in choral directing, vocal pedagogy, and keyboard proficiency (piano and organ preferred).
Versatility :
A broad knowledge of both traditional and contemporary Christian music, with the flexibility to adapt.

Qualifications:
