Director of Worship Harvest Church 2165 West Park Court, Stone Mountain, GA 30087 The director of worship will organize and integrate diverse musical elements for the music ministry in a harmonious operation. As an independent contractor, this role is responsible for leading & growing Harvest Worship through providing a core values & servant leadership values culture of excellent worship, and creatively planning the worship aspect of experiences with other Harvest Worship leadership. This role is simultaneously the Harvest Worship Coordinator. As first in leadership of a ministry, coordinators organize and integrate diverse elements of a specific ministry in a harmonious operation while leading a team of coordinators. By definition, a Coordinator is “a first among other servants.” Job Responsibilities Lead Harvest Worship by teaching music & vocal parts and a variety of administrative tasks. Choose songs that engage the congregation and sync with the life-giving messages from our Bishop. Recruit, audition, teach, and train singers from the church & elsewhere to serve, obtaining quarterly growth goals. Lead Harvest Worship rehearsals. Other duties as assigned. Daily Workflow Complete the Worship Experience Post Checklist, no later than one hour post the experience. Accept issued Worship Tools invites immediately as received. Attend CV1 meetings & Dream Team Summits as scheduled in Worshiptools. Check emails prior to 12 PM & 5 PM local time. Respond to all emails (including junk/spam emails) using template emails as necessary per the Brand Guide & voicemails received prior to 4 PM local time & email verification of completion to upline Finalize preparation for any worship experiences or events Request All Clear from Upline prior to campus departures. Submit time requests off via Worship Tools & have a sub in place that’s approved by Upline. Update all passwords & codes as necessary ensuring door, laptop & device codes match. Request All Clear from upline prior to campus departures.
