Jammin With You (JWY) is a vibrant music studio in Wellesley, MA, bringing the joy of private in-home music instruction to over 500 students through a passionate team of 50+ teachers. We also offer music programs in our center, enrichment programming in schools and community centers and more! When we say babies to bands, we mean it! Position Overview:

We’re looking for a Manager of Private Lessons to oversee and optimize our in-home private lesson program. This individual will be responsible for managing complex scheduling logistics, maintaining strong communication with families and instructors, and ensuring a smooth, supportive experience for all involved. The ideal candidate is highly organized, personable, and passionate about music education.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate lesson schedules for over 500 students across 50+ instructors Use CRM tools (Streak or similar) to manage client and teacher communications Maintain clear and timely communication with families and teachers Support onboarding and scheduling for new students and instructors Address scheduling conflicts and problem-solve with care and efficiency Cultivate strong relationships with both students and teachers to support musical and personal growth Work closely with the JWY team to uphold a welcoming and enthusiastic studio environment

What We’re Looking For:

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills Experience with CRM tools (Streak, Salesforce, or similar) Strong written and verbal communication skills Background in music or music education strongly preferred A love for working with kids, families, and teachers Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Self-motivated, positive, and team-oriented
