Revolve Church exists to: Introduce people to God and His purpose for their life.

Role:
Pastor and lead a worship team of vocalists, instrumentalists, sound and other production
volunteers to lead the guests into an engaging Worship experience through music.
Role Expectations:
? Oversee worship,production and creative elements for worship
? Oversee auditions and onboarding process of new team members
? Lead planning and execution of weekly worship services and rehearsals
? Build and foster relationships among worship and production team
? Recruit, Develop, and Train vocalists to create high energy, engaging worship experiences
through music and production with excellence in presentation
? Assist in the building and execution of worship team for Revolve Youth
? Teach and Preach in weekly worship (minimum once a quarter)
? Teach and Preach in Revolve Youth (minimum once a quarter)
? Effectively Communicate with Lead Pastor, Staff, Leaders, & Dream Team members
? Assist with various pastoral needs that may arise within the congregation
