Internal Candidates Exist
Provide support to SYMS faculty and campers by serving as front office staff to answer questions and direct campers and faculty to the proper personnel. Support the SYMS Director and Associate Director by creating concert programs, live stream links, and other services as directed.
Duties/Responsibilities
Front Office presence (60%)
Be available at in M203, the Music Department main office, to answer questions from SYMS faculty and campers or direct them to other individuals who can.
Administrative Support (40%)
Utilizing Microsoft 365 and other UNH technological resources, assist the SYMS Director and Associate Director by creating concert programs, setting up YouTube livestream, and other services as directed.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Acceptable Education & Experience :
Bachelor’s degree and experience working in a music department or with a music organization.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Microsoft 365 suite of programs, YouTube.
