06/27/2025 Marching Band Visual Caption Head•Band Camp Reports to Superintendent, Principal, and/or Supervisor of Fine & Performing Arts. In conjunction with the Director, responsibilities include support of the marcing band program, including, but not limited to: Design, direct, and instruction of high school marching band. Establish performance requirements. Attend all days of band camp. Comply with federal and state laws, State Board of Education rules, and board policy. Coordinate band booster club for activities during band camp. Ensure that programs are cost-effective and funds are managed wisely. Maintain current inventory of all fixed assets within department. Oversee process of cleaning, repairing, and storing of all equipment. Create an environment conducive to learning and appropriate for the physical, social, and emotional development of students. Accompany and supervise students during band camp. Take all necessary and reasonable precautions to protect students, equipment, materials, and facilities. Other duties as assigned
