Senior Publisher Growth Director

As audiences shift from Cable TV to Digital, Publica’s goal is to power the next generation of ad experiences on the big screen. What we need to build together Publica empowers CTV publishers to monetize their inventory more effectively, connecting publishers to buyers with unmatched transparency and control, while creating a seamless and engaging ad experience for viewers. We’re looking for a Leader to come in and take new programmatic products to market, taking ownership of the go-to-market strategy, end-to-end sales efforts and grow revenue. We need someone to act as the link between our clients needs and product strategy, as well as work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams within Broader IAS. We need someone action oriented, who thrives fast-moving environments, and has a deep understanding of the programmatic landscape. You are comfortable with learning about new technologies and features, speaking to executive level clients, pitching platform adoption, and working closely with highly technical teams. You are proactive, responsive, and all about delivering results to our clients, new and existing.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage go-to-market strategy in collaboration with product marketing.
Bring a deep understanding of the programmatic SSP and ad serving ecosystems. Understand market and client challenges and needs; liaise with internal teams such as buy and sell side sales teams, solutions architects, product, and marketing to provide solutions to complex problems
Manage their own business line confidently. Drive revenue growth of our existing publisher accounts, as well as new business adoption. Requirements 8-10 years of experience programmatic video experience preferably at an ad server, DSP, SSP, or publisher
Knowledge of video ad serving, openRTB, SSAI, header bidding, and programmatic advertising
Run and manage meetings with C-level executives
History of managing business units and carrying a number to be delivered against
History of driving projects forward and identifying areas for improvements while working collaboratively across both internal and external stakeholders
