The Director – Azure Cloud Services will lead and expand SHIsAzure Cloud Services practice, driving innovation and deliveringexceptional Azure-based solutions to our enterprise clients. Thisrole encompasses managing professional services, and a robustservices delivery partner ecosystem, all centered around MicrosoftAzure. You will lead a team of Managers, Solutions Architects andEngineers ensuring the successful design, implementation, andmanagement of complex Azure cloud solutions. Strategic Leadership & Azure PracticeDevelopment:

o Develop and execute a strategic vision for the AzureCloud Services practice, focusing on cutting-edge Azuretechnologies and solutions. o Establish and maintain best practicesfor Azure infrastructure, platform services, and applicationdevelopment. o Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimizeAzure service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction. o Leadthe development of service offerings related to Azure migration,cloud-native development, data analytics, and security.

TeamLeadership & Azure Expertise:

o Build, lead, and mentorhigh-performing teams of Azure-certified technical professionals,including engineers, architects, and project managers. o Providecoaching and professional development opportunities to enhance theAzure expertise and leadership skills of team members. o Ensure theteam maintains a deep understanding of industry trends and emergingAzure services.

Customer Engagement & Azure Solution Delivery:

oAct as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their businessneeds and translating them into comprehensive Azure-basedsolutions. o Oversee the successful execution of complex Azureprojects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and qualitystandards. o Drive the development of compelling proposals andpresentations that articulate the value of SHIs Azure services. oEnsure a world-class customer experience through proactivecommunication, responsiveness, and technical excellence in Azure.

• Technical Expertise & Collaboration (Azure Focused): o Maintain astrong understanding of Azure infrastructure (e.

g., VirtualMachines, Networking, Storage), platform services (e.g., AzureKubernetes Service, Azure SQL Database, Azure Functions), andsecurity services (e.g., Azure Active Directory, Azure SecurityCenter). o Collaborate with Microsoft and key supporting Azurepartners to drive joint solutions and initiatives. o Work closelywith sales, presales, and other internal teams to ensure alignmentand effective Azure service delivery. o Ensure that the team istrained and certified on the latest relevant Azure technologies. •

Business Development & Azure Revenue Growth:

o Drive the growth ofprofessional services revenue by identifying and pursuing newAzure-focused business opportunities. o Manage pipeline developmentand resource utilization to maximize profitability in the Azurespace. o Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clientsand partners in the Azure ecosystem. o Ensure that the team is ableto properly scope and deliver on complex Azure projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a leadershiprole within a technology services organization, with a strong focuson Microsoft Azure.
• Deep understanding of Azure infrastructure,platform services, and security best practices.
• Proven trackrecord of successfully leading and growing Azure-focused technicalservices teams.
• Experience working with enterprise clients andmanaging complex Azure projects.
• Experience with Azure migrationstrategies, and tools.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Previousexperience with IT management or technical sales management relatedto Azure.
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel anddelivering customer proposals related to Azure solutions. RequiredSkills

Certifications Required

• Azure certifications such as AzureSolutions Architect Expert, or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert arehighly desired. Additional Information
• The estimated annual payrange for this position is $140,000 – $250,000 which includes abase salary and bonus.

The compensation for this position isdependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and marketlocation and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
