The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership skills and abilities in praise and worship; passion for planning, preparing, and leading worship services that connect with worshipers of all generations. The candidate will be responsible for selecting praise and worship music that meets the diverse needs of our church family. We are looking for someone who is teachable, adaptable to multiple cultures, and committed to fostering an authentic, engaging, and spiritually enriching worship environment—where God’s presence is cherished. Salary is negotiable.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead praise and worship for Wednesday night Bible studies and Sunday services. Schedule and lead regular rehearsals for the worship team, ensuring all participants are well-prepared for services. Select praise and worship songs for services.

Leadership:
Ability to lead and inspire a team of musicians and vocalists, fostering a collaborative and positive environment.
Faith:
A strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A passion for praising and worshiping God and leading others in praise and worship. Strong vocal abilities. Flexibility in working with different musical styles and genres to meet the needs of our diverse church family. Proficiency in contemporary and traditional praise and worship music.
